This croissant had a beautiful harmony with the garlic mash, rosemary bechamel, and stuffing frangipane!!! I highly recommend you ask the staff to get it warm so that you will enjoy it even more!
I really liked the taste and texture of this croissant though I basically order sweet croissants like Pain au Chocolat when I go to a cafe.
Note: This croissant was a limited edition for the croissant festival that was called "Vancouver Croissant Crawl 2022". Hopefully, it will be a regular menu in the future.

The texture of the Dark Chocolate croissant was... a little soft, unfortunately... but it tasted great. The shape of it was different from usual croissants and the size was relatively bigger than usual. The price was pretty affordable, only $4.50, against the size.
I actually visited this cafe again. That was when the chocolate festival 2023 was happening.

The texture of the croissant was totally my type! It was pretty crispy! Besides, the taste was incredible! It was super tasty! Moreover, I was so glad that it was filled with so much flavorful cream inside!
As I mentioned earlier, the chocolate festival 2023 was going on at this cafe when I went there.

Extra bitter dark salted and sweetened with reduced honey and topped with fresh whipped vanilla chantilly, caramelized honey, chocolate โhoneycombโ shards and fleur de sel. Paired with a sticky honey glazed chouqette. . . .

Caramelized white infused with strawberries, oranges, and cardamom, finished with candied oranges ~ to invoke the warmth of the setting sun over a desert sky. Paired with a strawberry anise snickerdoodle.
