Unfortunately, I didn't have time to eat at the cafe... so I had it while traveling on the bus 30 mins after purchasing this croissant.
The texture was chewy and kind of dried... My type of the texture of croissant is crispy so it was disappointing for me a little...
Maybe if I had had it as soon as I purchased it, it would have been different??? Let me try next time! I will see...
