My 59th croissant discovery in Vancouver is ... "Matchstick Riley Park".
Note: This cafe has five locations as of September 2023. (Fraser, Chinatown, Yaletown, Davie, and this Riley Park)

▲ This is what I ordered, Pain au Chocolat.
The texture of the surface of the croissant was crunchy but the inside of it was soft♡ As for taste, it had the perfect harmony of delectable chocolate and rich butter flavor. I was pretty impressed with the quality of this croissant. It can be in my top 5 of all I have ever had in Canada.
I had a really great croissant time here♡ I would love to get a butter croissant next time since it was sold out when I visited there. It seems the pastries there are pretty popular, so I recommend you to go there before lunch time.
