My 21st croissant discovery in Vancouver is ... "Kafka’s Coffee Roasting and Bakery".
Note: Kafka's Coffee has three locations (as of 07/30/2023). Those are on Hasting St and near Gastown other than on Great Northern Way.
▲ There was a huge artistic object that looks like an internal organ. I guess the reason why there was an artistic object is that an art foundation is located on this property as well.
▲ How the cafe looks from the outside.

▲ You can see this outstanding wall painted with a unique design. It stands out in the cafe.
▲ There are some kinds of cookies and pastries.
▲ The dine-in space on the second floor was also available! Also, this cafe has terrace seating. So this cafe actually has a spacious dine-in area. You won't be worried about finding seats in this cafe.
▲ What I ordered is this Pain au Chocolat.
▲ I had a coffee mocha with the Pain au Chocolat. It was also great!
I really liked the texture of this croissant! It was extremely crispy! Besides, I love the amount of chocolate inside of it. Basically, Pain au Chocolat has two chocolate bars inside, but this one had three chocolate bars! It made me delighted! On top of that, the taste was super delectable! Overall, I would say this chocolate croissant was exceptional.
I can't wait to go to this cafe again to have this chocolate croissant again❤︎
