The texture and taste were totally well-balanced! The texture is balanced in crispy and kind of chewy. As for the sweetness of chocolate, it was not so sweet but a little bitter. Those were my type of texture and the taste of Pain au Chocolat overall.
▲ I had a seat near the window. I was feeling comfortable and could focus on my work well.
I would love to try other pastries as well next time!
